Switching to vodozemac base64 does not improve the benchmark. Which is expected because most of the time we are decrypting megolm events, not olm events.

Finally, it does not seem to me that the shortcuts directory is suitable for individual actions. I feel it is a directory to provide tools to interact with actions rather than actions themselves.
I recommend D357 to be merged into this
Can you put the changes into D354? If one open diff has a bug then we want to directly modify that diff instead of create a new one
