Summary

Bump the version of vodozemac to v0.9.0 . There are source-incompatible changes in v0.8.0 . However, we decide to make the C++ library source-compatible for each minor version. Hence, the original call signature is kept and all existing program should continue to compile and run normally, until our next *major* version.

Build libkazv and kazv against this version of vodozemac and verify all things work.
