Bump vodozemac and carry over breaking changes in 0.10.0 .
vodozemac::olm::Session::encrypt() may now throw.
Add a new type vodozemac::olm::SessionConfig, with two functions that creates instances of it: vodozemac::olm::new_session_config_default() and vodozemac::olm::new_session_config_version_1().
vodozemac::olm::Account::create_inbound_session() now takes a SessionConfig as the first argument.
vodozemac::olm::Account::create_outbound_session() now takes a SessionConfig as the first argument (this is a change in previous versions). It also may now throw.
vodozemac::olm::OlmMessageParts now contains a rust::Vec<std::uint8_t> instead of rust::String for the cipher text. The content of the cipher text is no longer base64-encoded. (This is a change in vodozemac 0.8.0)
