This adds an action to use or disuse a sticker pack in the room sticker packs page. If you use a sticker pack, it will appear in the sticker picker.

Under the same preconditions as in https://iron.lily-is.land/D166 :
Go to room settings -> sticker packs. Verify that you can click on the star button to use or disuse a pack. If the star is filled, the corresponding sticker pack should appear in the sticker picker, and vice versa.
