Update some links to their current location. Update dependency info to make sure no one complains about we "still depend on insecure olm!" Add explicit links to repository and code-review pages to make sure no one thinks the project is dead.
For goal adjustment, push notifications are crucial in some use cases in mobile apps, and we do want to support at least one mobile platform, so we move push notifications out of the "low priority" list.
