This adds a tool to generate a dump for a Crypto and a test resource containing the result from the dump program. The program is intended to be linked against the libolm implementation of libkazvcrypto, and the resource serves to auto-test the conversion logic from libolm to vodozemac. The source file is not in the main src directory because we are going to switch to libvodozemac, and it does not make sense to have it linked to our new implementation. This tool should be seen as a historical record. People can run it to verify how the resource is generated, but it does not directly contribute to libkazvcrypto.
