In previous versions, if loading session failed, there was no indicatior on the UI, only a log on the console. This commit improves the feedback by showing a notification on the UI if a session fails to load.

Verify unit tests pass. Open a session using kazv. Start another kazv, and try to open the same session. An error message should appear saying it is being used by another program.
