This commit adds a summary item to the Simple.qml component and puts it after the username in compact mode. For the image event type, the summary will contain the body in the event content. Also, the label containing the body in non-compact mode (under the username) will not be displayed in compact mode to save vertical space. For sticker events, the body is added back.

Verify that all unit tests pass. Verify that you can see the body of a sticker event. Verify that in compact mode, the body is shown after the username instead of under it.
